Forensic Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Wyatt is a full-time Professor of Psychology and is Director or the Outpatient Psychology Clinic at Marshall University, Huntington, West Virginia.

He engages in a variety of forensic activities on a consultative basis:

• Pretrial consultation & case file review
  
• Psychological Evaluation in a number of matters including:
  
  • Personal Injury
    
  • Competence & Responsibility
    
  • SSI & Workers Compensation
    
  • Child Sexual Abuse
    
• Standard of Care Review
  
• Expert Testimony

Dr. Wyatt has extensive courtroom experience. He has given over 50 depositions and has appeared in court as an expert witness more than 30 times, including both circuit court and federal court.

Dr. Wyatt is Board Certified in Forensic Psychology. He is licensed in West Virginia & Kentucky and prior to becoming a faculty member at Marshall University he was in full-time clinical practice for more than ten years.
